If calculus is where you and math parted company, don’t let the paper scare you

for those in fear of calc.....

if you have a projectile slowing along its path and falling to the have the X axis as the floor in feet and an equation of decelleration plotted against that X axis......

at any given point along the path of the projectile are tangents with a different get from the first to the second equation you need a differential equation......

it is late....this is not much of a for the sake of arguement....

f(x)= X^2

is Y=2X

the integral is the area under a curve.....

the integral of X^2 from 4 to 2 is

2X^3 = 2(4)^3 - 2(2)^3
= 128 - 16
= 112

no units applied at this hour....
