If I go to Sonic and order a cheeseburger, but they accidentally bring me a bacon cheeseburger, and I sit there and eat the whole thing... it isn't then fair to go demanding my money back.

I think there is a difference between eating the incorrect food while still at the place of business, vs bringing it home, preparing it, and then finding out its incorrect. Depending on the price (and I know Whole Foods fishing isn't cheap) I myself may have brought it up with the service desk and asked for a partial refund, given that it was eaten, and the husband didn't mind it (it also depends on the price difference between the item requested and the item received).
