If it flonase or rhinocort or oneof the cortisone type things they take several weeks to work and you need to keep using them. I have been using rhinocort probably a year - since that event. I also took pseudo phed and Ibuprefen (advil) to help break up any congestion. I asked the allergist what was the best for sinus headaches and she did say Ibuprofen. I usually take 600 (3 advils) at a time). It can be every day for a month, but then go away for a few months. And I don't have any allergies. I tested negative for everything. But you might want to see an allergist also.
There are lot's of headache specialists - look under neurologists. That's who I see.
