If it were me, I would get rid of the debt. I've always hated debt. Not having debt makes it easier to save and invest for the future. With debt, the only investing you're doing is in the financial success of the holder of your debt. Some folks do fancy calculations on what makes the most sense, but I decided the debt issue on my gut. I hate debt, so I simply don't incur it, and when I do, I eliminate it as quickly as possible.
