If they tried to strictly police off topic posting on all boards, they'd always be fighting with posters and posters would be fighting with each other and the boards would be a real mess.

I don't want to prevent people from posting, I just think the Fool could better organize their site to cordon off different topics from one another. One thing that annoys me to no end is that when I check the Best Of list, which should be a quick way to catch good posts from boards I don't frequent, it is usually 80% political posts.

I think I would like to see the following: A Best Of list for each major category of message boards on the Fool.

When you click on Boards near the top of the page, you're taken to the main message board menu page, and all message boards are categorized under Your Money and Your Life. Why not have a separate Best Of page for all Your Money boards and all Your Life boards? That alone would make the Best Of list much more useful for checking in daily for popular investment-related posts, with no need for any kind of censorship or policing.

This would be one simple change that would make the Fool far more user friendly, and I'm sure there are many others.
