If you really think the problems are bad habits and possible learning disability, than I think you should invite your husband to go to the attorney with you, so discussing how to keep your good credit high is out in the open (and maybe he'll see how things he does could negatively effect you).Also see if he would be open to you helping him with either paying bills, or setting up auto-pay.As for the "giving out address" - if he can't remember his address does he have an updated driver's license (or state id) with it and can he show that when someone asks his address?
