Not the median house, which might be 1000 square feet in one market and 2000 square feet in another market.Yes. Good point.Still.... there are 1500 sq. ft. houses and 1500 sq. ft. houses. Some cost almost nothing -- well, pretty cheap -- and others (same size) could cost over a million. Can't just go by square footage alone.It's kind of hard to determine, until you actually take a look for yourself. But there are lots of real estate websites all over the country with lots of photos of what you get for the money. So that's a big help when you are considering a move.AM
