If you're so inclined, use a multimeter to check coil current in the fridge vs. your dehumidifier setup.

Yeah, I never thought of doing that. I figured if the solenoid package said 120v and if the bridge across the fill light was 110v, that was that. Next time I pull out the fridge (which may be soon if I go through with the kitchen tile project I already have bought, stored and stacked in the dining room) I'll do that. Thanks for the idea.
