If yuo ever want to get closely acquainted with deadbeats and dregs, buy a few rental houses. I *still* don't know how my one set of tenants managed to clog up the entire 40-foot run of kitchen drainpipe with Crisco. And *then* they called me at 6AM Sunday morning complaining that the sink was overflowing and flooding the kitchen.
