I'll agree with you on that.

They suck the parents dry, and suck the government for every dollar available. Now the students are on the hook since the parents have been sucked dry.

At some point, both partisan sides will come together for solutions.

The Republicans could give a donkey's behind for education funding.
The Dems think all education and healthcare is a basic right.

The Republicans could care less if SS and Medicare ended tomorrow, teh Dems want any rich persona making more than $50K a year to pay dearly.

I'll agree with you NTL, if the student aid and loans haven't been so voluminous, there would be far more people out there Not going to college. Or.....there would be a more plentiful supply of colleges with much lower rates.

Again, there is the vast gap that lies between both sides.
