Fred Rogers died today at the age of 74. Back in my day, before Sesame Street he, Captain Kangaroo, Miss Sally from Romper Room and Bozo we're pretty much all we had in terms oc child entertainment. To me he was always seemed to be a kind decent man who loved kids and knew how to reach him. UncleArthur would only be quiet for the 30 minutes a day when Mr Roger's Neighborhood came on. The name King Friday the 13th still elicits a chuckle.God speed you brother Fred, wherever the magic Trolly may take you. You lived a life worth living and really made a difference. I should be so lucky.
