I'll miss the community that was created here, but I think TMF just shot themselves in the foot. It's sad to see this place die, but I think that is what is happening. I'll not be paying to post. This post sums up my feeling pretty well:http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?mid=16578133Thanks for the memories... Before I found out that I got a free subscription I went and ponied up the cash for one. I get a lot of fun out of the boards and I spend more every day on coffee than I would on a paid subscription -- as far as I'm concerned, it's decent entertainment for the money. The Fool is a business. It has to earn money in order to pay its employees (who keep the boards running) and maintain its equipment (including the boards' servers). I see nothing wrong with asking the community to pitch in. I was actually relieved at the announcement -- on my home board we've been preparing to have the boards just dissappear one day.Just my .02LCK
