I tell ya, something happens to a person when she turns 50. I'm getting persnickety as all get out.

I went to Yoga class today; there was a little girl in there, the daughter of one of our classmates, but I didn't think anything of it. After class, the woman who brought her daughter was complaining about the teacher telling her not to bring her there anymore because the yoga class was for adults only. The woman was very angry! She kept saying how we are not a 'child friendly society, that children are unwelcome everywhere... yada yada yada' and I just looked at the little girl and said, 'Did you like being in the class?'

She said, 'No'.

Shut her mother up, it did.

Bad Andrea. Bad.

It's not that we're a child unfriendly society, it's just that some people try to make it too child friendly.
