I'm a little diff I guess. I'm gonna exploit any avenue I can (as far as 'the street' goes) to boost my net worth.

If you are taking that tact I hope our situations are a little different. I have access to raw data that directly impacts our stock price. If our reserving department screws the pooch, I'm going to know way before our CFO does, nevermind the CEO. I'd also be able to make a shrewed guess at memebership level and MCR (Medical Cost Ratio) before the black out window.

So this isn't watercooler talk that I can work with, it is hard data that I'm known to have access to. While I might be able to boost my net worth it is not by enough to mitigate the risk of going to jail.

That's why I don't post on my company's stock board, and I don't make it public what company for whom I work. I don't even want the slightest hint of impropriety.
