I'm as prepared as I can be:

I have meals that I cooked in advance in single portion sizes in the freezer.

I moved moderate and low carb (I have diabetes) room temp foods into containers I can open with one hand.

I bought this really neat rocker knife that I can cut food up with one hand.

I transferred shampoo and condition from squeeze bottles to pump bottles.

I wrote out my rent checks two months in advance,

I bought shoes with Velcro straps.

I bought a strap with a hook on the ends to hang my tote bag on (it goes across your body and allows you to be hands free.

Cheers,

Shire
