I'm assuming because the prices on the above products are so cheap, they probably are so for a reason. Any feedback is appreciated.

Remember that Costco has the ability to price things very low. They also have a fabulous return policy (you can return almost anything any time you want, even 10 years later). The other thing to remember is that Costco is so large that they will often have a manufacturer package an existing product with a different part number and different packaging than retail. It may appear to be a different product, but it's usually a current product with a slightly different part number. I say that you should give these products a try - if they fail or don't work how you want them to, you can always return them. In fact, if I had an HDMI tv (mine is a few years old and only takes component), I would snatch up that cable pack in a second.
