I'm assuming that the loan agreement that you had to sign had everything spelled out in it and so even though it might not have been right or standard practice it was legal. If not go to your state attourney general. Even if it was it might be a good place to lodge a complaint. Loan companies have to be licensed to deal in each state and if enough complaints are lodged against a company their license can be pulled or not renewed. Other then that I would recommend lodging a complaint to the better buisness.
