I'm just getting to this thread.

Fool, you're the only one who can tell whether you have a problem or not. If you're not liking how you feel the day after, then that's a big clue something isn't working well.

One thing you could do is try some controlled drinking or not drinking for a week, see how it goes, stretch it out for longer period.

Another thing you can do is do some reading about drinking or try an online AA meeting. Here's a website for you to peek at.

There's boatloads of info out there for you if you want and of course, shoulders on here to lean on for support.
