I'm more concerned about farmed fish than "frankenfish." Farmed salmon are fed dawg-knows-what with artifical color while swimming in their own poop in crowded pens. I avoid farmed fish. I pay more for wild fish, but canned fish is also usually wild.

The hubster (home today creating a final exam to give students on Friday-) fixed us a very nice tuna salad a few minutes ago with an apple, a stalk of celery, some onion and a wee bit of mayo over lettuce. Yum! I don;t have tuna that often, so it's a treat when I do. Yesterday for lunch we had a little leftover sausage sauce over leftover pasta with cheese. I get better lunches with DH at home--I'm more likely to just grab a bite of cheese or something when I'm home alone.
