I'm not sure what I'd sue for. If the credit card company isn't liable for the charges, do you think I could really sue for say, time missed at work or other things like that? (phone calls, etc..) Probably wouldn't be more than a small claims issue, then there'd be the question of process serving the guy I imagine. Unfortunately, it'd probably just clog up the legal system more than it has to.. I'd rather see the guy brought up criminally, since I doubt a lawsuit would get a dime out of him.
