I'm not sure what IV based this on. Do you have any narrative about it?

In my own personal opinion, I think MSFT will be facing increasing headwinds in the consumer OS and Office market for the foreseeable future. They're also losing some share to Google Docs and Open Office in the corporate space. I think this potentially hits at weakness in their bread and butter product business - the desktop OS.

The other troubling sign I see is their acquisitions haven't been very fruitful. The recent writedown in the last quarter not withstanding, they have yet to create a meaningful product roadmap for Skype and Yammer, and right now it is highly questionable whether they can parlay that into a revenue stream that makes up for the sizable price they paid.

Add that up to 12 years of virtually stagnant stock price and you probably have a respectable reason to sell.
