I'm not totally positive of what you're asking here, but it sounds as though you have a buddy at a loan company who is willing to purchase a creditors' report so you don't have to order one. Is that accurate?

Or else you've applied for a loan and hope to get a look at the one the company bought?

Hi Windowseat,

Thanks for your informative reply. No friend to run a report for me. Only application is at Harris Direct new Accts. They want to run an Equifax prior to establishing an account. I asked if a professional inquiry can take your "freebie" away, but you answered my question by stating that the freebie is for an individual only. BTW, I didn't know there was a consumer and company version of a credit report....had thought they were generic. Thanks again.
