I'm not very computer savvy, so I have a request from those of you who are. I tried to download the file mentioned above, and it showed up on my computer as a paint file. I know it is a zip file, and I don't know if I have a program to "unzip" it. How do I get one if I don't? I tried to download a similar program from CNet and the same thing happened.
Any suggestions?

Your problem can probably be solved by going to, where you can download a shareware version of WinZip, which is a graphical utility that will allow you to unzip the program. The program, on installation, should go out and register itself as the default handler for any file with a .zip extension. Then, you should be able to download and open the file correctly.
