I'm now close to the end of a windfall (in other words, it's almost fully invested) that made diversifying while buying in thirds economical. As the new money slows , I was hoping that IB would make it practical to buy multiple small lots per month without the fees becoming excessive.Unfortunately, Ameritrade only quotes ADRs during NYSE hours. A few Nasdaq listings are available from 8am to 8pm, but only among the heavily traded issues. It looks like au.finance.yahoo.com and uk.finance.yahoo.com might be useful. Both sites are in English, of course. I don't trust my rusty Spanish, French, or Russian enough to trade in them. The UK site covers the major European markets, and the Australian site covers Southeast Asia. I assume the Canada board will be a good resource for Canadian markets :) I still need to find a good source for Latin American market quotes in English, but since they are closer to my timezone, ADRs may be good enough.
