I'm ok not as panicked I'll be ok
I'm making life-altering decisions we will probably be ok
Now, I'm scared I'm afraid I'm not sure I can handle that
I've got to do something NOW Radical departure for me

These are really the only words that jumped out at me as I read your post. IMO...you need to do what you want (which seems to be engineering). At the current rate of speed you're thinking now...you're going to burn out FAST!

You're doing a great job working and taking only 1 class at a time is probably the best thing for you and your daughter. As you said, the classes require alot of concentration, you now have the advantage of doing just that since your general classes are finished.

Realistically: You're an engineer. Not a business major.

I'm looking at the words you pointed out, and I sound a little manic, don't I? Ummmmm, that gives me something to think about. If I'm panicking because of an artificial emotional state, I shouldn't make a decision right now. Thanks for pointing it out, Kim. I'll wait at least a month before making a decision. (Went off the medication for a while last month, will give it a few weeks to "even me out.")
