I'm personally of the belief that Nokia is in a very tough transition phase that won't do much to reward shareholders.

That is so true for the short term. I can hardly wait till May 2013 when they should declare an annual divi or not. I think that will be a telling indicator of where NOK sees things going if they keep it the same as last year, raise it, lower it, or cut it.

I don't own any shares at this time. I did own some before the last divi. I sold not to far after the payout because I thought I had a better place for my money at that time.
If I had some excess cash to play with I'd probably take another small bite.
I'm looking to purchase my first "smart phone" though, and it will be the Lumia, if for nothing else for the navigation feature.
I'm a PC, so I'm gonna stay in the MSFT eco system.
