I'm sick of what is now the "news". It's simplistic, stupid, infantile....kind of like what passes as much of the electorate now, thanks to culture, social media, and public education. The media, including FOX, is a tool of the Ruling Class, and these sheeple who fancy themselves as citizens genuflect for their media gatekeepers of choice. While I certainly have my preference, it's been 6 months plus since I watched MSNBC, FOX, CNN, whatever. The last few days I rarely watched the news because, frankly, i'm sensitized. When there is national tragedy, I think mourning is something to be done alone, or with fellow Americans, not blogger Leftists Nothing is surprising me anymore, my only surprise is why bad things arent happening at double-triple the frequency, hence lac of interest in what the Ruling Class peddles as news.

A few times a week I enjoy Limbaugh. I consider it partial entertainment, but also, I think he's one of the best at articulating Conservatism.

Despite my disagreement with it's "One World" attitude, I read the Economist fully like I have since I was 17 years old. It's still responsible, thoughtful news and encompasses more than the latest Hannity-Maddow crap the Sheeple quibble about on Twitter. The Economist also informs about the world, and in a world where America may be buried by the Left, I've been sharpening my skills and comfort with the world via reading and travels. Leave the infantile crap to the RedState and Koz crowd.

Lastly, once a week I do USA today. Oddly enough there's some interesting stories, and I also need to keep tabs on what the sheeple are thinking, so that paper is somewhat palatable.

(For fun, I pull up OLD CNN Crossfire shows. Michael Kinsley, Pat Buchanan. Political wars that were respectful and warm, as much as they were heated. Intelligent, rich discussions.....discussions NOT befitting these Sheeple today)
