Ha! I doubt it. As a native Clevelander, I'm familiar with that neighborhood around Seymour Avenue (it's within two miles of where I grew up). It's mostly lower income over there. You can buy a house in that part of town dirt, dirt cheap. Especially after the foreclosure crisis.

Who cares if Ariel Castro is a registered Democrat or not? Given that it is Cleveland, I'd be willing to bet that most of the family members of the three women who were kidnapped are registered Democrats as well. I don't see what it has to do with anything.
