I'm using Turbo Tax and when it comes to the part to "print your amended return", it is about to print MANY pages, including the original return. Is that correct?

The point of printing everything is that the full return including all schedules is your return *as amended*. The IRS doesn't want to see all of that, but you need it for your records. If you had to amend a second time, this would be your starting point for the second amended return. In that case, you'd be sending another 1040X, and any schedules that changed from your return as amended the first time.
