IMHO, anytime this stock is below $40 is a great time to buy it. If you go to Quicken or Excite and look at the evaluation, it shows a low intrinsic value. Change the discount to reflect the fact that it's a 70-year old company with a long history of success instead of its 2-yr IPO history, and you'll see that the intrinsic value rises considerably. It appears to be in acquisition mode right now, and I think that merits some study of its business planning, due to the debt level, but I have confidence in this firm.
