I'm in a credit status with Sprint that doesn't allow me to make payments over the web, so I have to go into a store or mail a check. I had some late payments about 2 years ago, switched to another provider, then switched back and paid off my balance and paid another $250 security deposit to reopen my account with Sprint (this was August 2003). A couple of months ago, they started crediting my account from this security deposit, so I haven't actually paid a bill since August. I've written them about what I need to do to fix this, but all I got was some corporate BS about a separate service that ranks their customers for credit. I'd like to know what I can do to improve my status with them. Anyone have any experience with this process? Don't they have to explain to me why I'm in this situation and/or what I can do to improve it?Doug
