In 2010, the top 18 administrative employees at Integris Health received an average of $413,000 in compensation, according to the not-for-profits’ 990 tax form. There are no administrative employees at the Surgery Center.

While Obama is busy wrecking the existing health care system with his top down-driven stupidity

So are you saying that because of Obama, these administrative posts are created? or they are paid what they are paid? Before Obama these jobs didn't exist? or they were not making these salaries?

If "head nurse" is handling HR and building maintenane then they cannot focus on being head nurse. The building maintenance requires completly different skills and not that much related to "nursing". While something works for "xyz" doesn't mean it is adoptable by everyone.

If you think administrative salaries are the reason the cost of health care is high, would you suggest that to the Phrama companies where they have lots of administrative posts, instead of spending their $$$ on sales, they spend huge amount of their money on sales, marketing, administration, lobbying, etc. Ofcourse not! Because they are free market enterprise. The are free to be inefficient, incompetent, etc.
