In figuring out my triggers, I found that one major one was the weather. It seems to be worst when there's a storm blowing up, but it just doesn't happen so there's a prolonged windy/low pressure kind of thing going on but the rain just doesn't happen. It seems like that expanded pre-storm period is the cause, and I can now pretty much rely on a migraine then. In the past few days here in Texas it has been raining like crazy, but no headaches, since the pressure was more constant.

I've been calling it the weather-prodrome, as it's almost like the weather's doing the same slow onset that my migraine does.
