In figuring out my triggers, I found that one major one was the weather. It seems to be worst when there's a storm blowing up, but it just doesn't happen so there's a prolonged windy/low pressure kind of thing going on but the rain just doesn't happen. It seems like that expanded pre-storm period is the cause, and I can now pretty much rely on a migraine then. In the past few days here in Texas it has been raining like crazy, but no headaches, since the pressure was more constant.I've been calling it the weather-prodrome, as it's almost like the weather's doing the same slow onset that my migraine does.Marcy
