In your life as an agent, have you had clients (both buyers and sellers) who refused to negotiate?

Never. Of course, that's what they relied on me to do. This might sound very weird to you, but my buyers and sellers never wrote offers or decided what they wanted to pay for a piece of property, much less WHICH property they wanted to buy. It was called client counseling.

If a person came to me wanting to buy, say, a SRF in Orange County, I would spend at least 2 hours talking to them first. Then they had to come back for a second appointment and more talking. We would discuss strategies and financial matters that fit their lifestyle. The next time they heard from me was when I had bought them a house in my name or assignee. They would sign the paperwork accepting the deal, and we went from there.

That's how I earned my commission.
