I had posted my problems with TT over correcting for an initally incorrect AGI. I was encouraged by members of this board not to give up. On the 17th, the support phone lines were opened, and I was able to talk to a person! Apparently one problem was that when I corrected the AGI, I also had to change the date (not on the same screen) to the date of the resubmittal (They don't tell you this.). Also it seems that the IRS PIN number you select must be the same for husband and wife, though they don't tell you this, either. If so, when you fill it one, why don't they automatically fill in the other?

Oh, well. I have resubmitted and received an e-mail from TT that the Federal has been accepted. The state is still pending.

Incidentally, I received a questionnaire from TT and laboriously filled out the comments section too. When I hit the submit button, I got an error message. I tried again, but the same message. Screw it!

I thank the lord and go on to the next problem.
