Nothing really to get that excited about, unfortunately. I'm still hoping to be a first-day buyer of the hardware, though. --DG

The Tokyo Game Show was last week, and the verdict from TGS was pretty much unannimous... PS3 games look and feel polished and ready to go. Most gaming analyst had nothing but praise for the PS3 games being shown and in playable form at TGS.

Obviously you have not been following Resistance: Fall of Man. the game is frigging incredible, and a moster accomplishment for a launch game. Better looking then anything on the Xbox 360 IMO, incredible physics, and advanced AI, more levels, 40 player online, 1080p resolution, etc...

Oblivion is a PS3 launch game, which has already sold a million copies for PC and Xbox 360, the PS3 version is tweaked to perform better then the Xbox 360 version did. This will make RPG fans happy who have not yet experienced the game.

Gran Turismo HD will make many people happy too.

There are a few games coming out in the following months that are also VERY HIGHLY ANTICIPATED. Heavenly Sword, Motorstorm, and Warhawk.

My concern with Sony as an investment is with the launch. Will then manufacture enough, and will they have limited problems. If there are significant problems with launch PS3's I fear the stock market will hit Sony.

If the PS3 becomes the success I feel it will be, then Sony wins in 2 departments, the PS3 and blu-ray, and if they can produce affordable 1080p HDTV's the PS3 wil lhelp push those sales as well.
