It seems that the news release stated that management were buyers of the stock?

According to the actual news release, it seems to me that they company is providing indirect options for management?

The shares are restricted for 2 years.

any insight?

Insider buying is a lot more positive news than insider SELLING...

As long as the insiders have a stake (in GWW's case, almost 12%) they have a vested interest in mainaining the share price. It's them AND us, not them vs. us.

I think that's one of the reason's XRX is in such depressed territory. Their BOD is part-time, and Allaire and Mulcahey (CEO/COO) are not that big into the share value. They TALK-the-talk, but the shareholders don't have that much "insider company" when we walk-the-walk...
