The Washington Post reported that 8 Talk insiders sold large stakes on May 25. Normally insider sales aren't a concern, but when 8 insiders sell this much stock I think its a sign things have topped out. CFO sold 50,000 shares. Now he only holds 6,666. CEO sold 43,709 shares, now holds only 6,667. The GC was the only one who didn't sell greater than 50% of his holdings, and even he dumped almost 1/3 of his shares.
