Over the last 3 months, there has been some heavy insider selling of UAM shares. A number of officers and directors have sold, and the dollar amounts appear significant even for those whose wealth might be in the 7 or 8 digits.Clearly UAM insiders are not feeling especially optimistic. Any ideas about what they could be worried about? Problems with generating net new revenues amongst affiliates seem to have been recognized for a while, so there must be some other issues.......
