I'm considering using an Installment Certificate as a means of investing a portion of my cash reserves. I know the interest rates are low, but the yearly bonuses seem to pay-off well (especially since it's money I won't be needing for sometime.) Is this a logical investment tool to implement with my current mix of savings & CDs? Are there any hidden risks?
