Instant Coffee/Hot Chocolate mix

Rather than sending baked goods that may well go bad and get moldy on the trip, may I suggest sending instant ramen-type noodles or food that can be microwaves, such as the stews/soups/casseroles in a can? Perhaps the microwaveable pasta dishes they make for kids now? Just something that doesn't require refrigeration that can be nuked for preparation....and doesn't require storage room, dishes, or a can opener.
