Hi, guys. Just learned that this board existed.

Although my fasting blood glucose tends to be low-normal (76 most recently), my insulin level has been creeping up at every physical the last few years and was most recently 11 (that's considered "moderate risk"...of diabetes, I presume).

I can't find much about this combo online. Does it mean I'm developing insulin resistance, and if so, do you know if there's anything I can do to fix it before it gets worse?

TIA.
