Interest-rate moves (or not) are a sign traders are worried (or not), which can be a tricky thing to interpret. Are the bond sellers rotating money out of the asset-class because they see more opportunity in equities, or are they dumping bonds because they see economic troubles ahead that will translate to higher interest-rates?

Who knows, right? But the chart is saying action should already have been taken.
