Per Ari Fleisher, 18-29 yr old voting is off 5% (21% in 08, 16% in 12) in VA. Might be the reason that VA is trending toward Romney.

Might be something to the polling bias if this holds.

Ari is now talking about oversampling in FL too. Panhandle has yet to count votes (reminds me of 2000) so that is why FL remains a toss up.
