Interesting...didn't know if you would take that pawn. I think I see where you're going with it, but we'll see. I think your not taking the rook (now that you've done it) was a smart move. I lose a rook, but you lose the bishop, and your knight is burried deep in my territory with no hope of escape. It'd only be a matter of time before I capture it, and then you'd be down a knight and bishop to my rook, which I don't think is an even trade.

There's speculation around the league that Billick and Johnson may reunite, but I don't really see it. First, no fan in Balto wants him. Like Elvis, he proved last year that he's not worth near the money he signed for. But the Ravens just had their "bull roast" or whatever it's called this past weekend. It's basically like a fan-fest thing. Billick said basically that Redman is our starting QB for next year, which the fans love. We all have heard this guy is highly touted, and almost everyone wants to see him play.

That doesn't mean just means knowledgeable fans. I find that there are so many fans that don't take salary cap into account. Some Ravens fans say "Man, we should just go get Bledsoe!" like it's the easiest thing to do. Uh, hello, this isn't Major League Baseball...

Anyway, this is prolly 77's board discussion. :-)
