I am looking for some information/resources on international shipping policy, and restrictions on U.S. businesses shipping to foreign countries.
Example: Product X costs twice as much in Germany as it does in the U.S., even though it is manufactured in Austria. A German customer orders product X online from a U.S. distributor. The U.S. distributor ships product X to the German customer. What restrictions, if any, are placed on the U.S. distributor?

Thank you,
Ben McClelland
