I'm considering buying ETH and wanted to see if anyone had any comments on my thought process.

The first thing I look for is that the company is trading at a discount to intrinsic value. Intrinsic value by my calculations is $55 (I round down to whole numbers usually). With a current price of $35 that gives us a stock trading at 65% of it's intrinsic value.

Here's the tough part an why I'm looking for help. In order for these progections to be true, the management must be dependable, the business climate for their industry must be luke warm to good, and their brand must have value.

Does anybody think Ethan Allen fits these criteria? Is there anything I should consider of long term significance.

I buy to hold for a minimum of 5 years so I'm not all that concerned with technicals or short term outlook. In fact, if there is recent events that will drive the price down in the short term but won't effect the company long term outlook, all the better.

Sorry for the rambling message, I'm new to this.
