A growing trend in brokerage accounts is to have accounts where you pay a fee (a percentage of your assets) and you get to trade commission free for a certain number of trades. The questions are:(1) Are those fees considered as commissions and do they reduce the basis of your stocks?(2) If they do reduce basis, how do you allocate those fees across the different trades that were performed? Thanks!
