Hi all:

I have been a lurker on this board for many years and have benefited from the great advice on this board many times.

I am contributing the maximum in my 403(b) and getting the employer match for the last 10 years. Recently my employer changed the investment options available and the standard options are pretty much Vanguard Institutional Index Fund (VINIX) or VIEIX.

My employer also added a new option (self-directed brokerage account) where we have the option of investing in hundreds of other mutual funds (offered by TIAA or Fidelity) or ETFs etc., but not individual stocks.

For the time being, I have moved my investments to VINIX and VIEIX. I wanted to get the opinion of great minds on this board, what are the best investment choices for a 403(b) plan?

Thanks

-Gaurav
